    Excellent, stay here.
    Excellent service, location, facilities. Perfectly clean. Cleanest pool. Staff superb. Slippers good for hard tiles throughout. Room made up every day. Beside Grand Indonesia shopping- amazing.
    All good. The gowns provided are tiny.

    very welcoming & friendly rendered services everywhere you walked, and go within the property..... brekkie was good, varieties and fridnly service guest security was amplified & suffice
    dog barking next door neighbour and residents chair moving whilst ur asleep, very annoying, can smell cooking around the room and corridor

    All the staff including housekeeper and security guards are very friendly. Always smile and greet us. Makes our stay comfortable and welcoming. This is my 2nd time staying at this hotel within a year. Will stay here again if i visit Jakarta.
