    The hotel rooms were spacious. The location was amazing. The restaurant served delicious food. The spa therapists and facilities were great.
    The hotel didn't inform us of the daily construction from 8am to 6pm. Lots of noise and difficult to sleep in or nap in the afternoon.

    The property is at an excellent location. The food and breakfast is absolutely amazing. The beach is right across the road. They also have a desk dedicated to booking things around Phuket, which is very handy.

    Never again even its 50euro per night. Better options all around. Never again.
    Location excellent resturant staff and housekeeping excellent food also very good.
    Terrible reception almost hostile behaviour. They try to make things harder than solve it. And in balcony there are bugs or ants so much of them. And when it rains it floods into hotel. Things can happen but reception part should be fired and get new people for sure. Also Why finish breakfast in 1st of January at 11 as well? Even After disaster gala dinner..
