    Location - easy to get everywhere Staff very friendly Bar overlooking the ocean
    Its in need of some love Guests generally older Europeans and made the place feel very quiet

    A la carte menu could be SK much better. Burger was terrible. Food really needs to be stepped up

    Great location by the beach. Nice pool. Water quality outstanding. After my long list of valid critique on initial poor service, complicated check in and numerous issues with a poorly maintained room I was offered an alternative upgraded room. Thereafter staff, the F&B manager were very attentive. Poolside staff were excellent in managing several drunken German all inclusive guests which continued for days. Great job by the hotel staff.
    Overall maintenance is poor for a hotel charging such rates. Needs capex investment to match the neighbouring Voyager Hotel. My initial room had a leaking shower, poorly sharp fitted woodwork and a feeling of little upgrade work. The change of room was better but again even wall light fittings were broken, electrical wiring exposed and falling off. Shower drainage almost blocked. Should be checked regularly.

    The location was perfect at the beach front. Cocktails was great The African tea was a 10/10 Staff were very friendly, the cleaners, the room attendants and the reception during checkin and checkout. (Nancy Gitobu Was exelent in her work, very professional and friendly during the whole process)
    Time for serving breakfast is late for someone who needs to get some errands sorted out early in the morning may forfeit the breakfast as it serves at 7:30AM

    Breakfast was very delicious and the staff were extra friendly and communicated freely with everyone
    Some days room was cleaned late but overall everything was fine

    Deserves repeat visits - well done Bahari Beach Hotel!
    I loved the ocean & pool facing room; the large pool where I got to swim & exercise; I loved the conscientious staff; meals were fresh, excellent and good sized portions; I slept like a baby; the air conditioning worked well; bathroom facilities were alright. Bahari Beach Hotel demonstrably walk their talk on sustainability initiatives. I would definitely visit again.
    WiFi signal strength & security can improve. Sports channels werent available considering Rugby World Cup 2023 semis were played during my visit. Not a show stopper, that said.

    Good location with great views over the beach. Staff were attentive and friendly. Room was clean and comfortable. Minibar (payable) in room was good value and convenient.
    There was an unpleasant smell in the bathroom but I couldn't find the source. Loungers at pool were not so comfortable and became very hot because they are black metal. Food in the buffet restaurant was ok - reasonable selection, but wholesome rather than high end.
