    I enjoyed my stay very much, the service staff were very warm and professional
    Breakfast, lunch & Dinner were exceptional. Service staff were warm and professional. Special thanks to Margaret and Aphinias ( I am sorry if the spelling is wrong) who always went out of their way to ensure we were well catered for - friendly yet professional.
    The bedroom facilities are old and could do with refreshing - the shower and toilet outdated and not very clean - too many unnecessary cushions on the bed - unless they are very clean, leave them out!

    Absolutely Amazing!
    From the time of entering this resort, we were received with a very warm welcome. The staff were extremely friendly. Amina helped me arrange a surprise 50th Birthday dinner for my husband, and I honestly could not fault this. The resort and the surprise dinner exceeded my expectations and the staff made our stay enjoyable. I would especially like to give a shout out to Amina, Cliff, Japhether, Joseph, Margaret, George, and Yvonne. Also Lillian in the Salon and Alice who chauffeured us each time we left the resort. Our room was cleaned daily by George with fresh towels, bedding and toiletries each day.

    Honestly, there was nothing I didn't like about this resort. I can't praise this resort enough and will definitely be going back again.

    Great customer service provided. Good food, smart, clean and modern rooms. Environment and once again the staff are just great at Voyager.
    I liked it all. I wish the beach was less rocky but it's all good.

    Ok but dated rooms now.
    Location on beach.
    Shower/toilet facilities 40 years out of date rooms need urgently up-dating. Hotel now overcrowded possibly due to school holidays on our visit. Wrong rooms allocated due to Booking.com not passing on our request for pool rooms.

    Things I liked and the most vexing issues at this hotel.
    Bar staff, especially Kamanda, Livingstone,Raymond were very good. They remembered our regular order and made an effort to get some peanuts, cashew nuts,crisps as I like to munch on something with a beer. I don't know why Mombasa hotels generally do not stock nuts at the beach bars but this is a common issue with all Mombasa beach hotels and you have to ask for them.
    Access to the beach is via several flights of stairs. The railing is a basic rope ! On one side only of the stairs ! . My elderly father was struggling as there was no solid hand rail to hold on to. The beach here has a lot of coral so going into the sea for a swim,you can easily slip on the moist coral and fall in. No effort has been made to make access to the sea easier even for able bodied people. The last steps,if you manage to get down the first three flights of stairs is damaged so if you slip,then good luck at trying to find something to hold on to.
