    Nice looking hotel, but they cut corners and don't seem to really fix problems.
    Our room was clean, it smelled nice and the decor was nice. The TV worked. We were there through Christmas and the location was perfect. The bed was comfortable.
    First off, the rooms are small. We were there for 5 days and there is no dresser to store your clothes, so you have to just live out of your suitcase. Even the closet is not functional. Every morning, we were woken up by the sounds of literally the loudest water pipes I have every heard! The first day, there was no hot water and minimal water pressure. The days after we had hot water, but the water pressure was hit and miss. There is VIP parking for guests that you access via a gate and your room key. It only worked once even after getting our room keys replaced. We had to push the button and wait for an attendant to let us in. The only ice machine in the whole hotel is on the first floor. We were on the 3rd floor. Very inconvenient. Most hotels have a microwave in the room, but this one does not. The HVAC was wonky. We couldn't keep the temperature regulated. When I asked for an extra blanket, I was told they had none or not extra pillows. Front desk staff, don't really want to hear the complaints. It seems they have scripted responses because they have heard them over and over.

    Overal, we had an amazing stay at Ballys. We had a little problem with moving our room. Nyeasha was amazing! She took
    Everything as far as the hotel side. The bed and pillows are so comfortable!
    The overwhelming smell of smoke you have to deal with to get to the restaurants. There needs to be a separate way for guests to avoid that. We had to move our room due to the excessive amount of noice coming from our neighbors. Theres no microwaves in the rooms or in the entire building. This hotel could be a 5 star if microwaves would be added and they added a few other upgrades. The spa is way overpriced!

    Great stay. Great staff.
    No breakfast, but the casino attached has Dunkin in it. The manager was very accommodating and helpful for everything. In the accessible room we finally were placed in, one bed was lower than the other.
    My room wasn't available upon check in. They do not guarantee you will have the accessible room unless you are there first. No matter how you book the room. But the manager assisted us to fix it. My best friend is in a wheelchair.
