Perfect first stop on our Florida trip.

Nice facilities. Heated pool and spacious apartment. Next to old town, but still rather quiet inside. Plus for the playground on site. The kids was amazed by the deer family showing up in the garden.

The bed frame was rather sharp and easy to trip on. Didnt respond on messages through the app, but was quick and accommodating when calling.

Great location, very relaxing, very clean. Very private, I will stay there again. The room had everything we need it. I really love the place. I will recommend to friends and family. Great view.

Communication between Booking. Com and your reservation staff. Booking did not send my reservation which I made in advance. Be cause of that my checking was not the best. I also my keys were deactivated the wrong date.

Great self contained unit, separate bedroom, kitchen, lounge and washing machine and dryer. Security controlled gate was also good.

Since you dont service for less than a week it would be good to get more than two toilet rolls.

Overall though we did have an enjoyable time at this facility.

Proximity to Old Town for nightly entertainment was awesome, just walk across the street! We took full advantage of the extended hours for the hot tub. The design of the 2br apt for maximum privacy was very thoughtful. It was a pleasure to see many friendly deer on the grounds. Staff was very helpful in facilitating late checkout after late-night party in old town..

view from private balcony unappealing; screen has holes for bugs to enter; foot of bed-frame is awkwardly and sharply jutting out, causing painful connections multiple times, (I was on the receiving end of a large bruise and scrape on my shin and my partner also was bruised. The kettle is not safe to open when boiling neither does it whisltle to alert you its boiling;

The pricing was reasonable compared to everything else even in that area due to the Florida Classic Game. The staff was accommodating. I was in Florida for mainly a funeral, business, and the game. I was so comfortable that I actually did very little work.

The location was okay. There was not much I didn't like. I wasn't at the property long enough to possibly run into issues.

AC didn't work when I arrived. Wick fixed though No lock on bathroom doors The microwave didn't work the entire stay. We lived with it and let them know when we left We really like staying here whenever we're in town.
