    A little disappointment
    I like the cleanliness of the place. Staffnis very good also
    The window glass! You can't see the view due to mirrored window. Even opening it's locked. You have to go at the roofdeck to watch fireworks where you looks like a prison. Too small space to watch there.

    Spacious and clean room, view at the sea, distance from the town center, food and drink menu.
    Long check-in process, guest have to pay for parking even if its for a few minutes.

    Parking - You must pay for valet services every time you return. Toilet - water pressure is not that strong, we stayed on the 8th floor

    Good experience for my US embassy appointment
    The staff is excellent except for the front desk. All other staff were superb. The comfortable bed and pillows made a relaxing sleep. Everyone greeted with kindness.
    The front desk was very rude and gave an unwelcoming vibe. No smile , at least fake one. Didn't address concerns and accommodations
