Super easy check in, polite staff. Room was clean and beds were comfy - nothing to complain about ! One of the main things I loved was the festive decor in the lobby and bar, absolutely stunning! Location is also very good.
Some of the things in the room/bathroom were a bit worn down but nothing that really affected the use of them.

Bulbs in lamps didn't work, although replaced when I advised staff. No hot water at 7am so no shower as water was freezing The evening before it was hot!! The phone in Room didn't work to call reception

Lovely!
Loved the room & the staff looked after me as well as my assistance really well. Just the TV in the room didn't work but as I was there for a Christmas meal it didn't really bother me.

Great weekend stay
Was a great location, close to the city centre, will be back looking forward to seeing the upgraded rooms , staff were all really nice and were great at their jobs.
Only complaint would be the price of the breakfat 16.50 per person plus 2 extra per person if you want proper coffee, chose not to have breakfast the 2nd morning, was lovely breakfast just a bit steep

Great overnight stop in Inverness!
Beautiful hotel with everything you need for a comfortable stay. Unfortunately we didnt get to visit the restaurant or bar areas, but it looked very nice.
The rooms are quite hot and even with the heating switched off it didnt cool down much.

Our room had 3 outside walls so was basically colder. There was a permanent hum caused by an ACU mounted solidly to the outside wall immediately behind the bedhead. Should be mounted on noise isolating mounts.

All of the staff were very friendly and made us and our dog feel welcome, particularly Michael and Andy; this takes nothing away from anyone else - we just didn't learn any other names.
The temperature in the lounge bar could have been a bit warmer.

Overall good value for money
7 days after me stay I was covered in bite marks. I went to the doctor and they were from bed bugs. It takes that long for them to appear. Mentioned it to the hotel but nothing was said or done.
