The Belmar Spa & Beach Resort has a fantastic location near the beach and just a short drive to Lagos. The studio and apartments are spacious, clean, and well equipped. The spa area is luxurious, wit (Read More)h both indoor and outdoor pools. The adult pool and poolside bar are perfect for relaxation. The staff is friendly and the security is good. The only downside is the expensive breakfast. Overall, highly recommended for a relaxing holiday.

The apartments were very spacious and clean. They were cleaned on two occasions during the week. The spa was great with two separate indoor pools.
Unfortunately, whilst we were there the steam room was out of order and the restaurant was closing at 7pm. However, we were made aware of the restaurant opening hours at check-in and we acknowledge that our visit was off season.

The spa was limited to +16 years old. which is an exaggeration. Jacuzzi water was cold and shallow, it is not understandable why a 12 years old could not get in.
Turkish bath was not working.
The internal swimming pool was cold and the area was as well cold. This made the experience for kids not enjoyable, as they were feeling cold, and could not use jacuzzi as well.
There are not much facilities around. No restaurant/supermarket, etc. were near by.
The Breakfast buffet was quite poor compared to the price.
