Nice facilities, good location.
Our room wasnt available at checkin we had to wait an additional hour and a half; this wasnt really a big deal, just compensation of some sort would have been nice to have been offered. Breakfast is also pricey and was not great in comparison to other breakfasts we had on our 25 day trip across Spain and Portugal. Rooms are dated but clean. Not entirely sure I would rate it *5*. Especially after coming from a *5* facility in Carviero.

The location is ideal for walking around the cliffs Ponte da Piedade. We paid $128 per night to stay in a 1 bedroom apartment starting the night before they closed for Christmas, so I felt like that was a great bargain for the location.
We only got to have the 19 breakfast one day, but it was seriously impressive. Our one dinner was good too.
The room was worn and needed some updating.

We chose this resort because it advertised itself as a pet-friendly place, but unfortunately this turned out not to be true. It started with the non-standard fee, which is twice as high as in nearby resorts, then it turned out that you can't enter anywhere with a dog.... so you can't take full advantage of the services offered by the resort. It is a pity that there was no such information from the beginning, because we would not have chosen this place.
In general, everything looks much better in the pictures. The apartment was old and dilapidated.
The spa was only open from 10 am to 6 pm...so if you will arrive late forget about spa...
A big minus when it comes to price/quality ratio.
We will not return there.

My son loved the pool with an artificial sandy little beach. We loved the location with the proximity to the boardwalk to Pontas de Piedras.
Bring low season a lot of things werent available, jacuzzi broke, limited kids club. Massage wasnt great. For the price though the stay was still very good.

Jacuzzi not working and clearly had not for sometime only booked 4 days before arriving and was advertised on their direct web site, they should have said especially for November stay as in door facilities more important late in the season pet hate of mine , really puts me off recommending. No shop near by (which i knew when i booked)

Very comfortable hotel on a short distance from town. Great staff all around, special call-out to the front desk for solving unforeseen issues perfectly and to Jessica in the breakfast area for being extra attentive beyond the already excellent staff.
