    The breakfast was 2 out of 5 we had 2 outdated yogurts which were the last 2 not a lot to chose from but it was ok

    THE CONSTANT SMELL OF WEED! Both days we were there. Inside the building and outside. The fact that your ad says the room I wanted had a tub, but when I get there NO TUB! Update your ad!

    Its usually clean and the staff is usually nice.
    I didnt like that me and my husband had a privacy please sign on the door and house keeping just came walking in and didnt bother to read the sign.

    The hotel was pleasant enough but they were obviously not used to being at full capacity.
    The hotel was conveniently located to the Alario Centre, where we needed to go. Having breakfast and parking is always a bonus.
    When I stay at a hotel, I expect my room to be serviced on a daily basis, this was not the case. I asked 3 days in a row for my room to be serviced before it actually happened.

    They guy that checked us in, (I believe his name was Joe) was very friendly & helpful! The rooms were clean & the beds were comfy.
    The other staff that was working while we were there weren't so friendly, I asked for extra sheets & towels & was treated as if I was stealing them. The breakfast was ok.
