Good location But not a great price.

Rate for stay is too high for what you get. When we walked into our room my wife and I looked at each other and said $166.00 a night for a room that looks and feels like the Super 8 motel. The furnishings are out dated and worn out. The cleanliness is mediocre and the available products provided for the bathroom were so small hardly enough for one person let alone two people. When we arrived we were both dead tired and all we wanted to do was take a shower and get some shuteye. But when we both laid down to sleep we could not due to the loud noise of the band playing for weekend entertainment. After a few hours laying awake we managed to get some sleep. When we arose we opened the curtain to look at the water view!! However most of our view was the roof top of the restaurant next to the hotel. From what we could see of the water looked nice. Just not a very nice stay for the price and we would never stay there again .

The location on the river along with the exceptional view and balcony. Great location just across the river from the Ft. Myers downtown district. The price was decent for being on the water.
The property and the rooms were very dated and run down (room was clean though) the elevator smelled like cat urine.
