    Definitely recommend to others, the best Best Western we have been to.
    beautiful location, property and staff welcoming. Quiet room , even with a wedding on.

    Great last minute stay, friendly staff and good night's sleep
    Last minute booking due to being stranded by flooding and we were glad we made this hotel our choice. Friendly staff, decent sized room with good amenities. Nice to have biscuits with a great supply of tea, coffee and milk. Nice to have the opportunity to get a drink at the bar and sit in the guest lounge.
    Some decor slightly tired and guest in another speaking very loudly on the phone in the morning - not the hotel's fault but possibly because of thin walls!

    Very welcome in staff especially the Greek man , the lady from the day shift was not very nice and polite , the room is good , clean , very chilling atmosphere , food was god as well , and by the way in the hotel was very hot the review I read befero I go that was cold was not true
    The lady at the reception , was not helpful a bit rude and not welcome it at all

    Lovely cosy hotel set in a beautiful location
    The hotel is spacious and in a beautiful location It's older style decor appealed to me. It was clean the bath was big with plenty of hot water. The bath towels were clean and big too
    The seal on the shower door could do with being changed for a new one. The bathroom smelled like tobacco which was strange because the rest of the room smelled clean.

    Peaceful and cosy building with so much character!
    Location is great and very unique building. Cosy yet spacious and we were upgraded to the executive suite on arrival - which was incredible! Access to a balcony with beautiful views. Parking was nice and easy and the service brilliant.

    Great but could have been even better.
    Beautiful location and a lovely building. Helpful, accommodating and polite staff.
    Although everything we asked was provided, we did have to ask: fruit juice, vegetarian sausage, nondairy milk, etc at the breakfast table. We were not told until we arrived that there was a wedding at the hotel. This limited the areas in which we could relax and enjoy our stay.

    An ok hotel but disappointing food.
    It was ok and if the weather had been better the countryside is lovely.
    We were very disappointed that on a Saturday night the restaurant was not open even though we had booked. They only had bar food which was very poor quality. We had driven for 5 hours and were really looking forward to a good meal.
