About third time staying here and not disappointed at all. Pleased with our stay - as always.

This hotel is always clean and well maintained. The front desk staff has always been very friendly and very helpful. The rooms are clean the pool is clean and well maintained. Breakfast is very good, love the outdoor breakfast seating with heaters. Also, this hotel is located in great area where we can walk to downtown or to the mall, or to library, coffee shops, parks etc..

Liked one floor room. Room was clean & vacuumed.

Wall heater under window did not produced comfort heat which was operated by a wall thermostat. Could not raise temp to beyond 72. Had to use blanket in closet for warmsth

Great location to all the sightseeing we did.

Breakfast was ok, maybe add a microwave so the hot food can be warmed up. Good choices for a good start to the day. Room was comfortable but the metal base of the bed made noise when walking through the room, on the second floor. The staff was great and efficiently helpful.

Great value for price

I work alot in Monterey and can depend on this Best Western for a great value. Great staff, comfortable rooms, and breakfast. Location is great...next to mall, close to downtown and near on ramp to freeway.

Parking gets a bit crowded at times.

The front desk woman was very knowledgeable, professional, and friendly. Also, I really like that we had 3 beds in our room. One queen and two twins. Our rooms were clean and well stocked.

I didn't like that the parking spaces were very close to one another.
