    free juice and warm drinks such as coffee, tea and hot chocolate were available 24/7
    they didnt provide shuttle service after Dec 15 but this was not communicated to us and were stranded at the airport at 12am for an hour waiting for a taxi

    I enjoy staying at best western everytime I can get a chance.
    Location was great, breakfast was great. A sandwich stand or small concession stand would be very convenient.
    I got mixed up between the 2 locations and that was inconvenient because it is very hard to get a cab.

    Convenient location.
    I did not used the wifi and breakfast. The computer by the front desk is slow the cache need to be emptied out. Everything else was good. The lady at the front desk was nice and helpful. Thank you to her.

    Im very glad you had accommodations for this Football Mommas 1st Ever trip to Fairbanks
    The place was nice and accommodating on check in after my sons high school football games. But the older gentleman working breakfast REALLY MADE MY WHOLE DAY. He was friendly, talkative and turned on the football game over morning coffee!!
    Someone breaking into a truck and destroying a Guys property. Seemed like the suspect was a known addict. However Best Western DID get 3 State Troopers on site with in minutes of the incident.

    Gross.
    Location was OK. Close to major highways.
    Room was not clean. The sheets on the beds were both dirty - visible debris in one bed. When we asked to be moved to a different room we were told there were no other rooms available (interesting since the parking lot was far from full). Then the front desk agent, rather than affirmatively stating she would get the new sheets, asking do you want me to change the sheets? Really? She never apologized for the state of the room and was clearly upset that we wanted to sleep on sheets that were clean. Also, there were hairs in the tub in the bathroom when we got there and no insulation in the rooms - conversations of other guests in the hallway in a normal speaking voice were clearly heard in the room. For over $400 per night, this was simply not acceptable. Would not stay there again.
