The only minor complaint was that the bathroom was a bit small.

    I was never treated so rudely in my whole life
    Front desk man was rude threaten to call the cops on us all because we had dogs Priceline, was understandable refunded our money When we were leaving the man at the front, followed us out sidde to make sure we were leaving. Then once we got into the car, he came to the car, started to all harassing us and threaten to call the cops on us. I am retired United States, Air Force 37 years, combat veteran 100 percent percent disabled vet

    Staff was at first very stiff and curt - but by day 2 was friendly and helpful.
    For the price paid Over US $ 250 per night, I would have expected 5 star luxury, facilities and services.... No choice of foods or restaurants, just one bar-cum-restaurant in the basement. basic food & drinks... and breakfast ends very early - Ok for business, but not for those on holiday - certainly not recommended... Linen & beds are OK, but not great.
