Lovely hotel but I didn't get a good night's sleep there
The staff were kind and helpful. The spa facilities were nice and relaxing. My room was dated but clean. The breakfast had a good selection.
The issue is the room was constantly to warm to sleep. I had to open the window to turn off the heating and that let noise from the street in. The room was 25 degrees when I arrived which was excessive. Not being able to turn off the heating at the controls or turn it down below 18 isn't really being able to control the heating.

Everyone coming to the reception can watch the people in the spa. This should not be possible
