    The Best Western Plus Kansas City Airport - KCI East had a great stay with friendly and helpful staff. The rooms were nice, clean, and updated. The breakfast had a good selection and they even prepar (Read More)ed a bagged breakfast for guests. The hotel itself was nice, but could use better maintenance. However, the breakfast attendant was not friendly and made guests uncomfortable. The cleaning staff should wait to use the elevator until guests have gotten off. Overall, it was a clean and comfortable hotel with affordable prices.

    The shuttle to and from the hotel was great and much appreciated!!
    The sheets were dirty with makeup, not from me. The halls and room smelled and our air/heating system was covered with aluminum foil on the bottom

    Very nice room, friendly staff, very close to the airport which is what we needed.
    Very nice room! Staff was very friendly and helpful! The room was clean, but bedding was slightly worn with black sharpie marker marks on the bedspread. But other than that it was very nice.
    Black marker marks on the bedspread, kind of freaked me out a little. But it wasnt that bad.

    Okay place, but the bed was horrible.
    The staff was so nice. They got me in my room early, which I appreciated.
    Everything is very old. The carpet, microwave, overall look of the hotel is definitely aging. The worst part was the bed was so hard I couldn't sleep at all.

    I enjoyed my stay seeing my wife for the first time in a month. Nothing could have spoiled it.
    The bed was very comfortable and area surrounding motel felt safe
    The room at the breakfast was crowded. Hardly aby place to sit.

    Stay, park, and fly
    Beds are so comfortable I slept like a baby, early flight, they have us a to go bag with muffin, granola bar and fruit, shuttle was quick and on time
    We were only there one night to catch an early flight , everything was good for that purpose
