The hotel's location is c (Read More)onvenient, close to downtown and dog-walking spots. The level of service and attention to detail separate this hotel from others. The rooms are clean and the rates are reasonable. The continental breakfast is highly recommended and the staff and bus drivers are friendly. The 24-hour pool is a great perk.

From the moment we dropped off our car (park & fly), til the moment we returned from our trip, stayed overnight, and checked out the next morning, the entire experience was awesome!

The hotel staff is really nice and helpful, the hotel is very well kept and the rooms were perfectly clean, good coffee at breakfast. Confortable and practical rooms. Excellent value overall and pets are welcome!

Hard to find something to complain about. If anything the mattress could have been better but still wasn't bad and still slept well.

Clean rooms, great breakfast, dog friendly - who could ask for more!

Rooms were clean and the remodeling was well done. We booked here because they were dog friendly. Breakfast was the best I've experienced in a long while. Better than many hotels at much higher rates. Will definitely stay again when back in the area.

Very good

The location was convenient and the staff was helpful and friendly. Breakfast was good and we really liked the lady who was tending to the buffet.

They put us in a handicap room which evidently was the 3rd party booking agency we used who did that. The hotel could not make any changes and put us in our preferred room on the top floor.

The location was good and we may stay there again the next time we visit.

The breakfast had a nice selection. We were always greeted with a smile and hello.

The newly remodeled rooms had beds too high. I didn't know a step stool was an option until we were checking out.

Room excellent and comfortable, good breakfast, great staff.

Good full breakfast with hot and cold choices, fruit, etc., good coffee; very evident cleanliness was a priority. Location easy to get in and out. Loved the convenience of the shuttle to town! Front desk staff very friendly, informative, and professional.
