    Great location and facility. You could stay in if you wanted and have a nice meal and drink
    Breakfast was not included... I thought it may have been. But I liked the location a lot and front desk guy was great when I checked in.
    Checkout time of 11:00 and only one person checking out guests.... big delays.

    Disappointed with the room cleanliness.
    The location was perfect for down town shopping. Lots of parking spaces at the hotel. We were able to park there a walk to all of our shopping locations easily. Breakfast at Minervas was good.
    We had a room on the fifth foot in the tower. Our bathroom was very dusty. Dust and hair completely covered the blinds in the bathroom. Previous guests hair was strung overtop the bathroom sink faucet. Dust in all the corners & tops of light switches. Years worth, not just a light dust. Bathroom fan and heat lamp did not work. We paid an off season price but I feel like it was still overpriced for what it was. Ive stayed at more affordable places that were cleaner. The policy to charge your card for incidentals and then refund your card after the fact is odd. I would prefer they put the card on file and charge if needed.

    Clean place to sleep and clean up.
    Close to shopping and restaurants. Clean room. Lots of parking.
    Updated bathroom would be nice. No toilet paper or Kleenex in the room. A real hotel store with toiletries and snacks would be great!

    It was fine. Location is great, just a little outdated.
    Location. Easy access to downtown traverse city. Parking was simple.
    Outdated for the amount of money we spent. Found a few bugs in the room.

    Excellent location in the middle of downtown, perfect walking distance to great bars, restaurants, cafes, shopping, the beach. Very nice with a lot of accommodations.
    Not very clean, at all. Garbage was always laying around in main areas. In the room there was a lot of hairballs, and cluttered dust.
