Overall decent but not good value
Convenient location before you cross the tunnel to get to France - Europe.
No ventilation system, to hot cannot open window. There is only one old elevator that you have to wait awhile to get to your room or reception.

Generally met our needs well.
Met our basic needs and not too expensive. Chose not to have breakfast as dont like big hotel breakfasts and good that not inclusive.
Room too hot. Loo did not flush properly. Got bored with endless emails in advance - some of which were v out of date as seemed to relate to COVID. Still not sure the hotel has deducted the right sum from credit card - will have to sort out. Other visitors in corridors quite noisy.

The room was a family room but was nice and big. Also bed comfortable. Room had a nice atmosphere. Also restaurant was good.
The bathroom was very cold because there were no blinds on the windows to stop cold air coming through. I did mention this to the reception.
