    Grace was very nice welcome us into her house
    Grace is a very lovely lady made us very welcome. and work very hard to keep this place clean on her own breakfast was nice a continental one in the room. We was lucky we could park the car round the back
    WI-FI could be better. A bigger tv like a smart tv or a smart box or stick in the box of t.v. The room is very small with all the furniture in but didn't let that put you off renting it

    Breakfast stated was between 7&9am but when we got there we was told that it was in the fridge consisted of cheese,ham,grapes, 4 slices of bread some butter and jam. Single Beds in room was uncomfortable. Lock on door was broke. Cardboard holding the window closed. No lighting on the bottom part of the stairs so when going out you had to take your phone so you could see where you was going. Couldn't pay by card so we had to find a cash machine to get some money out.

    Grace was super kind and helpful. The property is well located to access key Dover attractions and the room on the 2nd floor looking at the back is quiet.
    It would be nicer to have again breakfast in a common room rather than in the bedroom.
