    Beautiful setting, very cosy & comfortable..especially arriving after a cold wet walk! Tasty breakfast in the main house, I liked the set up. Easy walk into Sittingbourne via public footpaths and the main road

    Luxury at an affordable cost.
    The location was brilliant, quiet and not far from sittingbourne 9 min drive. The accommodation was very clean, lovely shower, but the star of the show was the bed. it was the most comfortable bed I have ever slept in. If you want a good no a great nights sleep, this is the place to go. I did not sample the breakfast 7am-9am which was too early for me, however a microwave and kettle are provided for lazy people..lol
    Communication. I booked well in advance of my visit, and though there was nothing the owner of the barn could do but the main road leading to the Barn had been closed due to emergency gas main works. The owner rang me on the day of my arrival to ask what time was my eta, but failed to mention the road closure. this added extra miles and time onto a 5 hour drive already endured, and getting lost and then ringing to ask for direcitions. BUT that is my only negative.

    The accommodation was cosy, in a very nice environment. The owner was very friendly and helpful. The atmosphere is completely different from a dreary hotel.
