Went for New Year place not rammed to the ceiling so easy access to dance floor.Also music decent volume not blasting out.Dinner delicious

Lovely breakfast but would have been better to have warm plates for the hot breakfast which got cold as you were eating it

A very comfortable stay in very clean accommodation

Its a very convenient location. Nice facilities.

Its a sham that the jacuzzi doesnt work, and it was very difficult to change dates after our house move date was changed.

Accommodation very pleasant

There was a party "Peaky Blinders" on the night we were there and unfortunately some drunks were still noisy in the corridor outside our rooms until 3.30 in the morning.Not a good night's sleep . Will check next time we book there are no parties.

The Christmas decorations were lovely. Staff were friendly

There were lots of renovations going on We were woken up by other guests who were very loud banging doors swearing and shouting

Been here a few times always been great and the staff are lovely and helpful however this time the pool was cold! Never normally is but would still come again :)
