Location! The Plaza is just a block away. Lots of shops and dining options. Staff! Friendly and helpful. Room! Overlooking the pool and patio.

The room was dark - one window which was covered with outdoor stairs and tree/bush.
Furniture was very outdated.
Fan in bathroom was so very loud.

I believe once the remodeling is complete the hotel will be worth a second chance.
The court yard of the hotel is beautifully kept and the facilities are well maintained.
The hotel is under renovation with construction crews everywhere. The room was cold, dirty and not very well maintained. The walls are thin and some of the guest were unruly. It is apparent the hotel is going through major changes

Beautiful!!! We took the best pictures there among those wonderful trees with their color changing leaves. Its location was at walking distance from the town square and across the street from a shopping center with groceries, pharmacy, restaurant, etc

Felt unsafe and uncomfortable there
The staff was rude and when we were getting dressed to check out, one of the staff members just opened our room door asking when we were checking out. Someone knocked on the door right before asking us to check out and we got a phone call and it wasnt even our check out time yet
