    One of a kind place to stay in Ubud
    One of a kind place in Ubud. Its close to the main road but yet quite and hidden. Located like on the private property, in a temple. Amazing energy! And the people! Even though I was travelling by myself, they took care of me as a family. I loved my room and the view to the pool. Breakfast was also delicious.

    Pros - lovely staff, large sized rooms, lovely grounds with trees and green nature, centrally located and 10 mins walk to Yoga Barn and main part of Ubud. It has a pool but it's small and I didn't get to use it. Great to have the option though.
    Cons - the property is dated. My room and communal areas could have done with some improvements and maintenance. Unfortunately one morning I found a dead cockroach and the following night a live one scuttled across the bathroom floor. I checked out the following day even though I still had another night booked. The street is not accessible by car so on arrival my taxi had to drop me off at the top of the road and I had to walk with my suitcase and bags in the dark. Not ideal for first night arriving. It was not unsafe but for some this might be off-putting. Something to consider if traveling alone.

    No professional, greedy, they did not give us the room which we booked and asked.not a good stay.
    Location, property itself is beautiful.
    Hotel owners behaviour, and other members are rude. Dirty utensils. No mirror in the room.

    Location was ok. Breakfast was cooked to order.
    Not really a 4-star. 3 at best. There was no soap or shampoo in the bathroom. I stayed only one night and didnt bother to use the shower. Glass sliding doors meant no sound insulation at all. Almost every TV channel was fuzzy.

    Great location, pool and gardens, very average breakfast.
    Excellent location. The pool and gardens were great. The room was spacious enough and beds were comfortable. The staff moved us to a room with 2 beds after the first night as we had requested this. This was appreciated.
    The staff were not very welcoming. Aside from the fruit, the quality of the breakfast was poor - it included artificial orange juice and instant coffee. The bread was cheap and tasted sweet. The room was overall fine, but the bathmat was like a rag and did not look clean.
