    Would not stay here
    We liked only two things: Very nice stuff and good breakfast
    All the other. Very very bad smell in lobbi, and all other hotel area. Very loud at the room because of condition outside the windows. Feels dampness at the room. And the worsest thing- bugs!!! We were all bitten in the room after night by bed bugs

    Breakfast was awesome, varieties of items and fresh cooked food beign served. Staff were very nice and courteous. Rooms were clean and tidy. Facilities were good and fast, I asked for shaving kit and it was handed to me in few minutes
    Location was not good. Room was very small compare to price. Not at all value for money. As my train is at 5pm I requested for late checkout by 3, still they charged me for this. I would expect they should understand these genuine request and would allow without any charge. Menu card available on bloom chat is useless as those options are not available. Wifi is not working well neither any cell tower available inside the room

    Very little value for the money. I have had an equivalent room for less than half the money.
    Nothing. I got very little value for my money, roughly $60 to $70/night gets a VERY basic room

    Windowless rooms, or no room at all!
    Breakfast was sort of ok though not brilliant value
    Arrived at 10pm and was told my booking had been cancelled because Id not replied to a text message (which was never mentioned in my Booking.com contract). After much discussion the staff did provide a room unclear why they couldnt have done that straight away, since it was all cleaned and ready! The window looked out to a grotty side passage, but I suppose I was lucky to have a window at all, since my colleague was offered a room with no window at all until she complained.
