A comfortable stay in Mumbai
Staff were beyond excellent. Concierge was able to help with everything. Breakfast had a great range and was always delicious. Our room had nice features.
Too many pigeons around the pool area.

It is just not value for money stay
The location
Service is very slow. A cup of coffee takes an hour to come
Hospitality management needs serious improvement. There wasnt any one to help us unload our bags and take it to our rooms.
Reception is the slowest place in the hotel. Everyone is super slow to do basic work.
Room view with the kind of money charged is seriously questionable

The most comfortable beds....had the best sleep ever, spacious room, beautiful bathroom, fantastic view, central location,,amazing food and Aer was too good!
Lobby and entrance needs to be spacious and eye-catching!

Enjoyed our stay
The staff was extremely polite, especially the bell boys, in room dining and valet staff. The rooms are new and very well done. His and Hers basins is always a plus. Enjoyed our stay here. Great views from the 11th floor.

I liked the modern decor and the room size was decent. Bed was comfortable and the bathroom was spacious. Staff were very helpful. I liked the fact that when I asked for a car for the day it was readily available. It came with WiFi so that helped me stay connected.
I had arranged for an airport pick up and after a couple of messages giving my arrival details the car was not sent. Apparently someone missed my messages. The hotel upgraded my room and waived the charge for my trip to the airport but the stress caused by this error dampened my initial experience. Breakfast selection in the restaurant was not extensive and the quality of food was not what I would expect at a four seasons hotel. When I wanted to make a local call from the room I was told that this is not allowed, that I had to come down to the reception and ask them to make the call for me. In 2023 I find that this is totally unacceptable.

as usual, four seasons do not let you down and in Mumbai was not different, everything was perfect, the room was newly refurbished, apart from the prices in laundry and room service being very extra, the sustainable partnership with ayurvedic products, an unforgetable stay
