The location was good

The property was not clean and the ac was not working. Upon requesting many times they still didnt change the room on time and my baby got heat rashes, which made our stay and holiday horrible

Great location to the airport. Clean and comfortable

The rooms were clean and comfortable. All staff were very pleasant.

The cost of the food in the buffet and restaurants was expensive.

Very good

The breakfast options were brilliant, so was the in-room dining service. The room was spotless with good amenities. The balcony was a good addition too, overlooking the lagoon area.

We could hear people talking and snoring in the room next to us. There were guests walking in the hallway talking loudly even at 3 am in the morning. Some were howling in the lagoon area around 2 am, probably drunk on the 1st of January!

Not a family stay hotel, its more a commercial for marriages & private parties

Location - Good

Food - Below Average Room - i guess hotel must go on renovation, dirty walls, carpet patches, too much sound overnight i guess from PUB. Charges: I booked two rooms for 4 PAX & hotel said i booked only for one person each room, they pushed me to pay per person extra charge & i end up paying 12 K, i guess this is crime. no cooperation from lobby check-in staff. switches in room not working, TV remote battery was drain
