Not bad but I wouldnt stay again.

The location is actually good for Delhi. We took an uber to everywhere but very easy to reach. Anything you need comes in minutes. Cleaning was okay, not the best. the online system works very well.

Smoke smell coming into the room. I understand the city smells but the room is smelling more. No daylight coming into the room. There is a mirror infront of the window. And it is far to the bed.

Uses technology to close of shortcomings of a normal hotel like asking for extra towels etc which was a good touch of convenience and efficiency

Check in process was rather slow as the staff needed to key in our particulars one by one before giving us our room number

Bloomrooms deserves the benefit of the doubt (good track record) but needs to maintain standards - complacency, or worse

Bloomrooms (Links Road, Jangpura) offers something of a haven in south Delhi. It is well-run, clean & the staff are helpful.

Check-in was awkward. My smartphone had lately stopped working (now essential for the process, apparently) & suffering from a fractured foot, I was unable to stand & wait for the self-important twit on reception to pontificate on the shortcomings of not having a working phone. He is, mercifully, atypical of Bloomrooms staff). Bloom Cafe where I ate soup & a sandwich shortly after arrival (the only things I ate that day) gave me violent food poisoning overnight & left me unable to fulfil my appointments fir the next 3 days. In fairness, in previous visits to Bloomrooms, Bloom Cafe has been fine - but I was concerned that when I reported the problem to Reception, no action was taken which left me questioning procedures, not least follow-up on clients' concerns but also food handling.

Superb

The rooms are very clean, sheets, pillow cases, towels all spotless. It is much better than a few 4-star hotels in New Delhi. Staff was great, helpful and kind. No pressure for anything, even a mix up with our room was very smoothly managed. Felt quite safe. The hotel is located close enough to nice neighborhood with many options for delivery, laundry, cafes, restaurants.

Ventilation works excellent, but it brings Delhi air, which is super polluted. The fact that you cannot control the ventilation is a minus.

Nice quiet hotel for a night or two.

The room was clean, comfortable and quiet. The shower worked well and the air-conditioning was great. Breakfast was nice, the room was perfect for a simple stay.

The smoke detector had an extremely bright flashing light on which illuminated the whole room approx. every 30 seconds which was annoying.

Very nice staff - Hotel a bit overpriced

Staff was really nice and accommodating! All were very friendly and helpful!

The hotel is overpriced for the quality. The room was not very clean, there were dirt marks on the surfaces and the toilet. Breakfast can be improved.
