The room service, room, location/area, and interior design decor.
Constantly communicating to the front desk to have our room clean and it still did not get clean. They made up our beds and left towels. We paid over $900 for our stay, and it wasn't a good experience.

Hotel is okay, but some updates are needed
The staff at Blossom Hotel were very friendly and helpful, even with a packed number of guests due to a local convention happening. The room was nice, but I stayed in one of the accessible rooms as thats all they had available at the moment, and thus the tub/shower was crowded with the seat and safety bar on the wall.
We kept having an issue with the manual lock on our door and our room keys not working. So much so that the front desk associate had to call the maintenance worker to come and bolt open the door. We were stuck outside of our room for over an hour.

It wasnt far from the places I wanted to visit.
I loved everything about this hotel was very skeptical about it at first but I feel I love with it! Would definitely be back.
The fact we had walk far just to enter the building to the parking garage. The employees werent very welcoming.

Fee for parking, unable to access room from garage, no microwave in the room, no scenic view and bar drinks a little pricy. Need to improve signage to access fitness center.
