    Great location, clean rooms, helpful staff
    Overall, it was a very pleasant experience. The hotels location is excellent, close to the center and the beach. Despite the repetitive breakfasts and the room with a view of a wall, our stay was enjoyable.
    - Repetitive breakfast - next time Id book without breakfast, there are plenty of great cafes nearby with better selection of food. - View from the room - unfortunately our room was facing a wall, but still it was better than if it had faced pool area because its often noisy there.

    Perfect accommodation for a holiday in the sun
    The hotel was exceptional, modern, clean, spacious. Excellently located in the middle of the resort, about 10 minutes' walk from the beach. Everything was perfect

    decent location close to the beach but you still need to walk around 10 mins. Lots of restaurants, currency exchange, tour operators, massages around and lively area.
    Tried to order room service, found them quite abrupt and aggressive And finally on my last day at the basic breakfast, one of the staff wore gloves on one hand and then proceeded to take some bread out with her bare hands (no gloves hand) and then stroked the bread before putting it into the basket. I found this so gross and disgusting and odd. Complained, staff were apologetic but that was it. It was like it was no big deal to them, which is so strange. Idont want to think how food is actually prepared in the kitchen away from our eyes. Grossed out!

    Disappointing amenities and service
    The pool side was a comfortable and the hotel is very close to Ao Nang Beach
    The hotel doesnt have the amenities and service of a 4 star hotel. The breakfast was the same every day with very little option. Ive had to complain about the cleaning service in the room that was always done very late (not before 5pm) and where only the bed was made. The room was never cleaned as you would expect it to be in a 4 star hotel. we were always missing towels (we would o ms have 2 towels per day thrown on the bed instead of the bathroom) and it was very hard to get more of them despite calling the reception. The toilet rolls were missing, the soap not replaced ect. We woke up to KFC leftover in front of our room one morning, and the overall stay in this hotel was a disappointment for us.

    The staff, reception, housekeeping were very helpful and amazing. The room was big with balcony, very clean!. Towels for the beach in the room and also at the reception. The breakfast was real good and had everything. Weve found a welcome gift upon arrival in the room (banana chips :D) loved it. 6 minutes walk to the beach Definitely coming back!

    The Staff were great everywhere. Da Da, Bewkie, San, and Ae, to mention a few were in and around the Bluesotel Cafe, and Pha who was everywhere. The staff at the pool bar, The staff preparing the breakfast, were all great. I must also mention An Porn at the front desk the organiser, with a great sense of humour,
    Can't think of anything.
