    Nice grounds, dated rooms
    Well maintained grounds. We enjoyed the pool and whirlpool. The reception staff were always friendly and helpful with any request.
    The rooms felt dated. Noisy fan in the bathroom and the bed was squeaky (though otherwise comfortable). Given that we didn't use all the facilities, I think there would have been better options in town for us.

    The steak and veggies at Arches was surprisingly very good. I had a great view of the sunrise and hills
    The interior for the rooms is so ugly. Like unforgivably hideous. Like a color blind person with adhd designed it while on drugs in the 80s, and hasn't been updated since then. The colors are so dark and muted and their are so many conflicting patterns, the low popcorn ceilings are just like why. AND the batteries to the smoke detector needed to be changed in my room. Forgot to tell the staff that. Also, why two pools, but only one hot tub?

    Stunning location, spacious rooms.
    The staff was very friendly and helpful. We had two spacious, slightly outdated rooms with a small kitchen and bathroom. Really comfy bed. Convenient parking lots. The location is just stunning. Easy to relax here. Wish we could have stayed longer.
    The fan in the bathroom was really loud. At breakfast, we overheard other guests complaining about the loud fans in their bathrooms.

    Room was a nice size, and the roll in the shower for handicap was real nice. The Archers restaurant was really good.
    The pool could have been warmer. I had to use my rash guard top on top of my bathing suit and it was still cold.

    My husband and I enjoyed our quiet stay at Borrego Resort and Spa and would stay here again.
    The heated pool and hot tub were crystal clean. Our room was large and the bed was very comfortable. Delicious food and excellent wait staff at the Arches restaurant on the premises.
    The sofa and cushioned seats in the room were dirty.

    The breakfast was amazing. So what's the dinner? A little price? But well worth it, the quality was good. I really enjoyed riding my mountain bike around the old golf course. Can't wait to reopen it. What a beautiful location.
    I don't like being on the lower units. Maybe next time I'll be upstairs. People were smashing around all night. Didn't bother me though too much.
