Restful and pleasant stay, nice coastal walks, a warm and friendly hotel.

Good quality substantial breakfast, full English and full vegetarian breakfast available, plus buffet breakfast options available. Room warm, clean and large, ensuite clean, bath and shower roomy non cramped en suite. Very quiet and given stay was over new year surprising. This is a dog friendly hotel, so you must expect dogs in dinning and drinking areas. Location overlooks Botany Bay in Broadstairs Kent, so if you dont want a sea vie, its not for you. Dinner menu has fish options, but not great for vegetarians. Great for coastal walks to Margate and Broadstairs. Beach options are Botany Bay and short walk to the quiet and clean Joss Bay. Hotel parking available.

Overall everything was excellent, wouldn't have changed anything!

We stayed over the Christmas period, had a fantastic time. The Christmas Day meal was excellent, far too much but very enjoyable and the breakfasts gave us many choices and different selections. Have stayed at the hotel before, all facilities 1st class and the staff friendly and helpful. The location ideal for walks either way from the hotel on the beach or over the cliff tops, with short drives to Broadstairs, Ramsgate and Margate. Couldn't fault anything would recommend to others and definitely stay again.

There were no problems with anything, everything was excellent, lovely location, would go again.

Lovely stay by the seaside

You cant beat the location of this hotel, perfect for lots of walks and fresh air. The staff are really great and are very welcoming and accommodating. We had a lovely relaxing couple of days here .

Excellent location near to coastal walks. Felt comfortable there on my own as staying for work. Nice evening meal and good breakfast. Staff very helpful.

Lovely relaxing stay and hope to be back soon.

Our favourite hotel, immediately feel at home. Lovely restaurant, friendly staff. We had a lovely room with a sea view. Great breakfast.

Bathroom was a little tired. Internet / wifi reception is poor. Bar closes at 10pm.
