    Breakfast very good value room lovley burnt front of hotel so a little bit noisy was woken up by the bin men but it was fine

    Beautiful location, would stay again , in a sea view room and not room 34
    Beautiful hotel but in need of a little decoration, its looking a bit tired in places
    Our room was a high street facing room and was very noisy also had some kind of extraction system going all night , big a good night sleep

    The shared areas (stairs and hallways) were a bit scruffy, the shared balcony could do with a bit more separation for privacy, had another guest walking past looking in our window
