We were very happy with the location. The hotel is within walking distance of everything. We parked once and were able to walk to dinner and other sights we wanted to to.

One of the nicest hotels in the French Quarter!
This hotel is beautiful, spotless, comfortable beds, great location, exceptional staff one of the best!
It would have been cool to see one of the ghosts, maybe next time. You cant fault the hotel for that though!

The Bourbon Orleans is my go-to hotel in NOLA!
Loved the room. Breakfast was good. The bar was VERY good, but the live music was rather loud for the small space. The bartender introduced me to a new drink after inquiring what I usually drank/liked. This was very kind of her! The Hurricanes with the "wind blown" umbrellas were great, too. The front desk staff were very engaging.
The room overlooked roof tops - but not really a problem. Disappointed the cafe did not serve lunch. Did not see any paranormal activity.

Bourbon Orleans!!!
The location is awesome. The view from the balcony to Bourbon St., superb. The front desk staff was amazing and friendly, housekeeping was great. The hotel itself was clean and smelled good. The concierge was very helpful and personable with great recommendations.
I guess it was bad timing and I was extremely tired. The system went down to produce our keys at check in. They did store our luggage until we came back for them hours later as told by front desk. We were given one key for the room and had to come back the next day to trade for actual key cards. The next day we were woken up by the fire alarm around 8-9 am. Though they said disregard alarm over the intercom it stopped and started at least 2 more times.
