Superb

Good location with multiple pools indoor and outdoor.

Floors in room were not clean or swept. Glass shivers on floor and husband cut his foot.

Great location.

The room didnt look exactly like the pictures. It looked like it needs upgrades and a paint job. The pictures online seems to sure a more upgraded room than what I was in.

Definitely would stay again!

Very nice place! Pool was great! Lots of room in the suite we stayed in! Location was wonderful!

House keeping was horrible! A couple days they never came by! Had to go to get more towels myself!! Parking building was Crazy!!

Room was spacious and comfortable

The manager (African-American) she was very unfriendly and unprofessional. She gave me short answers and bad attitudes, didn't help me at all. I felt like she was mad at me just because I made some questions. I think she need more training and better attitude. CRS position is all about being friendly and try to help customers in the best way possible and she was very unhappy about trying to help me.

Exceptional

Wonderful

Our room was clean and beautiful, perfect ocean veiw. All of the staff were nice, and friendly. They looked at you and spoke. That is very respectful.

Doors to our building malfunctioned twice in 4 days. This allowed the to be open and it was freezing outside. Also allowed the rain to get inside.
