Food was tasty and area hotel is located also nice.

Unfortunately, we didn't have hot water during our three nights stay. Considering that it was very hot outside, we found it refreshing, but anyways it is 5 star hotel and hot water is expected. Upon check out, staff member at the desk told us that we've been over charged and that partial refund will be issued. However we never received it.

Recently, I had the privilege of staying at the Bristol Hotel in Amman, Jordan, and I must say that the experience was truly outstanding. Right from the moment I entered the hotel, the front desk staff welcomed me with exceptional warmth and friendliness, setting the tone for a truly remarkable stay. They embodied the essence of excellent customer service. Not only were they efficient and professional, but they also went the extra mile to ensure every aspect of my stay was comfortable and enjoyable. Their genuine smiles and eagerness to help with any request or question created a welcoming atmosphere that instantly made me feel at ease. It was clear that they took great pride in their roles. One aspect that really impressed me was the personalized attention I received during my stay. The front desk staff remembered my name and preferences, making me feel like a valued guest rather than just another visitor. This level of attention extended beyond the front desk, as I encountered the same exceptional level of service from all the other staff members throughout the hotel. The housekeeping team consistently maintained a high level of cleanliness and paid meticulous attention to detail in my room. Andalusia restaurant staff were equally remarkable, offering impeccable service during breakfast. Their friendly and accommodating attitude towards dietary preferences made dining at the restaurant a truly delightful experience. Moreover, the Bristol Hotel's dedication to ensuring guest satisfaction was evident in the small yet meaningful gestures. A personalized handwritten note in my room upon arrival and the fruit plate.

Excellent location and an old prestige hotel needing some upgrade and modernization.

The location of this hotel is probably the best positive aspect of our stay. The rate was also very good for a supposedly 5 star hotel. We were given an upgrade to a considerable sizable suite, although located at the every end of the building, so we had always to do a nice corridor walk.

Several things: this is an hotel that is reflecting already its age: the interior design overall is something from the eights; the internet was a major problem since the network was very unstable and created several problems for us to do online calls. Finally, most of the staff, although friendly, have basic to no English knowledge, so this proved a challenge. Finally, we were surprised because cappuccino is not part o the breakfast, so we had to paid separetly. And it took two days for finally having someone who could understand what is was...
