    Excellent stay in a high quality establishment, with friendly staff and an exceptional breakfast.
    Clean, quiet and beautifully decorated. The staff were lovely. Breakfast was top notch.
    One small thing ,that happens in a lot of hotels. Why is there never a plug point by the mirror so that you can use the hairdryer whilst being able to see what you are doing?

    Lovely, comfortable room with good bathroom. Complimentary Prosecco was a great surprise. Breakfast was very good quality. Staff were so friendly and helpful.
    No parking available, but that was expected.

    Lovely room, cosy atmosphere and good central location.
    Nothing however breakfast service was a bit hectic as there was only one member of staff dealing with the entire complement of rooms at once. Her efforts were above and beyond admirable but she didn't have enough hands.

    Our stay was fantastic and if we were to return to Bath we'd book to stay here.
    We loved our stay! The staff couldn't of been nicer, breakfast was amazing, the hotel was beautiful and the location was perfect.
    Honestly the only thing we could think of was the room as a little too warm on a night but we did have a fan so it was fine.

    A gorgeous base for a city break.
    Gorgeous room, with plenty of space and very nicely furnished. The bed was very comfortable, the towels good and fluffy. Excellent staff, friendly and keen to help.
    Our only complaint would be that the towel rail which heated the bathroom didn't work, leaving it very cold. Our room faced the street and was on the first floor, so there was some inevitable street noise, solved easily with ear plugs.

    Very enjoyable stay
    The breakfast was very good. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Unfortunately those who slept at the front of the hotel were affected by the noise in the street and didnt have a good nights sleep but it was the Christmas period.
