Grays Boutique B&B is described as a lovely, friendly, well-run establishment with beautifully decorated and comfortable rooms. The location is convenient for walking to the city centre and the affordable accommodation includes parking. One guest was grateful for the efficient return of forgotten items. Some minor suggestions included replacing worn chairs in the rooms. Overall, highly recommended.

It was noisy. You could hear guests talking and banging doors. Maybe a sign asking guests to be mindful that others may be asleep if coming in late.

Lovely B&B close to centre
Really good location - an easy walk down into the centre of the city which only took about 10-15 minutes and meant we didn't need to worry about parking in town.
The room was clean and comfortable with nice touches like a kitkat each at the tea station. They also had mince pies out for guests as they arrived.
Breakfast was great. A good selection and cooked fresh.
Parking on site was limited. We were able to park when we arrived but the spaces filled up quickly and the car had to be removed as soon as we checked out.

Location was good, breakfast was fantastic,the staff at breakfast impressed us as much as the fantastic food selection.
Room was very clean nicely decorated.
Slightly disappointed with the bed, on right side of the mattress springs popping out when laying down, they need attention, still managed a good nights sleep.Room 7
