    Rooms were very comfortable with a nice view of the City. Great location next to parks and the Pulteney bridge. Also had a nice dinner at the Bar.

    Our room was quirky, and outside our bedroom was a little pantry, where we could get snacks, freshly baked chocolate, brownies and flapjacks together with crisps cold drinks, fresh milk. The bathroom was really good size with both the shower and a bath which I love. I sadly missed my appointment at the spa, but they were kind enough to rearrange it for the following day. Great location.
    The bedrooms were in need of attention as one of our windows was rotten due to condensation as well as water dripping into the lights on the windowsill. The new light switches didnt work very well and it was quite confusing and I had to ask a member of staff to put the lights on for me, the breakfast downstairs in the restaurant was not a good quality at all, and in fact we didnt pay for two of them. The Barman was a very sweet chap but limited in his knowledge.

    Very glamourous place to stay.
    Fabulous and quirky hotel. Real attention to detail. The staff were helpful and friendly. The bar area was perfect for a cheeky drink and to hang out.
    Real design flaw by having frosted glass on bathroom wall and door. This is only for supermodels or naked families which we are neither. If you use the bathroom at night the light wakes up tour partner. Just no

    Wed be more than happy to stay there again.
    Location great. Rooms quirky (fun) but fully equipped and comfortable. Very clean. Staff really friendly. We liked the pantry.
    Breakfast was nothing special. Parking, like most of Bath, was difficult.

    Wow. This place is amazing! Unique, comfortable, clean, central location, staff were lovely, food was lovely, rooms were lovely. Im incredibly fussy usually but I have 0 complaints about this place

    Beautiful hotel and location, but not worth the price, wouldnt go back
    Its a beautiful hotel/guest house on a beautiful road in Bath. Staff were helpful. We often stay in another hotel in Bath, but thought we try this. Not worth it at double the price of our regular hotel.
    Very overpriced for what you get. Staff were lovely, although not very professional at times especially for a high end boutique hotel. Parking was awful, but then again its the week before Christmas. Hotel cat park was completely booked out.
