    We have found our residence for our weekends in Bath
    Very friendly and welcoming family run place, close to the city center, offering private car park. The breakfast is excellent, and the owner was going round the tables, even on New Year's day to meet the guests and chat around

    Fantastic location and lovely hotel with great staff.
    Amazing location and fantastic building. Our room had separate lounge which was great. Breakfast was super with great selection and nice to see the owner Carol each morning to chat about our day and plans ahead with top tips of things to see and do.

    The staff were absolutely fantastic - go above and beyond to make you feel welcome and to ensure you have a great stay. Fantastic communication from the off to any request I had.
    Lots of stairs to the room! But they did pre-warn, and even put our bags in the room for us so we didn't have to carry them up ourselves.

    Fabulous breakfast, spacious and period-decorated room, comfy bed. Steps from the Holbourne. Great view down Pulteney Street.

    Super last minute getaway to Bath
    Excellent location, striking building, cosy room. Delicious breakfast cooked to order and such friendly staff! So helpful. Parking was great too - 10 overnight at the local bowling club.
    Found a long black hair in the bathroom when we arrived, smell of sulphur in drains when arrived but this was sorted out straight away.

    Perfect location and great staff
    Charming staff, so friendly and helpful. Room was a bit too warm and pillows werent amazing but otherwise very nice. Excellent location - quiet but super close to the city centre.

    Loved our stay at The Dukes, lovely welcome on arrival, the owners of the hotel gave it just right, great little touches, breakfast so good! Positioned so well for the City Centrewould recommend and hope to visit again
