Very nice and comfortable hotel with super location for beach activity .
Very nice pool area and beach area. Great size of room. Fast service both for drink and food.
Took a nice ride with hotel bicycle after the beach.
Room service could have been better. Glass fragments from glass that broke 1st night was still over floor when we left. Should have cleaned it better. Also not enough towels . Took dirty but did not leave clean towels.

The room designs and layout were nice the outdoor terrace is a great feature.
Overall it was a nice stay and the design of the hotel is very nice. However, the size and location of the mini bar in the rooms makes it tight on entrance and the patio doors are VERY hard to open and should be adjusted. The AC in the room was not great as it left the room very damp and somewhat clamy. No one told us prior to booking that the pool area was under construction and the early morning construction noises were not great, nor the view of all the construction from our room.

Pool was being renovated. Noisy works ongoing nearby. Corporate events going on. Food in the outside restaurant was not that good/fresh.
We booked for 4 people (2 adults, 2 children) but the breakfast included was only for 2. Also, we were only allowed 2 sunbeds on the beach unless we paid extra. Surely, if you book for 4, everything should be for 4. Particularly as they were
children! All of these points should have been highlighted in advance. No bikes available to use.

Fantastic Miami Beach hotel
This is my favourite hotel in Miami. The atmosphere is very chilled, relaxed and trendy. The rooms are very modern, the beds are the best ever. Bathrooms are lovely. The hotel has everything one needs; nice pool area, great beach and options to eat and drink at the bar och restaurants. The staff at the entrance were constantly very friendly and helpful. Same goes for the staff at the restaurant, bar and most staff at the front office.
When checking out we were met by an unfriendly and impatient person who was not going to show the bill at first just asked of the full amount of money. Then when we noticed mistakes in the bill he got impatient and next to rude. Such a shame and pity as all other staff were lovely and so helpful and it was a wonderful stay apart from the last encounter.

The hotel was so dirty and the amenities weren't like booking photos.
The "playroom" were two ping pong tables in the middle of a parking, outside (so ofc without A/C)
It doesn't have beach service (and booking say it has) , you have to paid for one apart in the beach, like from other company, the hotel didn't have, included or paid, they didn't.
The breakfast wasn't tasty, and also the cafeteria was SO dirty.

Stunning beach views, easy access to restaurants and nightlife! Great spot for enjoying Miami!
Location being beachfront, great views. Spacious room and bathroom.
No refrigerator in room, having to pay extra for umbrellas is ridiculous.
