We had 3 rooms booked and had a comfortable stay :) I would recommend this place to stay for young families.
The location is amazing and also liked the room sizes - especially apartment suite is good value for money in Cairns. It has a kitchenette which is very convenient with young kids. Coffee provided on house was welcomed especially on days with early starts. We enjoyed the pool facility a lot and the laundry was reasonably priced for a quick wash.
Room cleaning was a hit and miss. We had to ask them daily to mop the floors and replace towels. If not asked, it was missed. But the staff was lovely and obliging.The air con in some rooms require servicing.

An insult to Cairns
Large spaces.
The refrigerator and toilet were dirty and the lighting was dim. The door was broken and didn't lock well. Very bad quality for the price. If I were to go back, I would choose a better place, even if it was double or triple the price. If your stay is short and you have low hygiene standards, it might be okay. They claim to do daily cleaning, but this is a lie. They didn't do anything except change the towels. There were no tissues so I had to buy my own and clean up after myself. This property is an insult to Cairns.

The location suited us.
The appartment wasn't as big as it was advertised.
The 2nd bedroom was very small.
It wasn't as clean as it should of been.
There was a sticky cup ring on bedside table, dirty tissue stuck on main bedroom wall, a mask & a covid test stick jammed in the lounge and some mould in the bathroom.

Suitable for what we needed but wouldnt stay for more than one night.
Spacious and clean, well presented with little finishing touches.
Air conditioner in living area extremely loud. Back packers next door playing obscene language music. Patio not really a patio and parking very tight.

A very nice stay in good motel accommodations.
Nice motel accommodations. Clean, good wifi, friendly staff, good shower, comfortable bed. All the boxes ticked!
Could be a bit noisy with people coming and going. Lack of privacy on lower level rooms as people walked past.

Close to restaurants and shops. They had a pool and bbq area.
Bathroom ok, clean.
Floor in kitchen looked dirty, and stains on bed sheets. Couldn't use the microwave or pots, only used plates, everything looked too old. Not saying they were not working, just did't want to touch. Maybe I'm too sensitive, it was full, so probably not so bad. Probably would have been a better experience if not for cyclone Jasper...
