    Always a pleasure to stay here. Simple, convenient and comfy.
    Easy to park, nice and quiet property despite the size of it. Rooms are comfortable and clean. Restaurant on site is pretty good and staff are always very friendly.

    Over priced motel room
    The variety of pools is good for families. It's a friendly atmosphere, close enough to town. Enough food options although average. Big screen at family pool is good, bit quiet though.
    Poor quality food & hair in food, overpriced cocktails with 1.5 standard shots! Half filled glasses of wine as they used end of bottle and didn't open new bottle, young girl fixed it up for me . She was so lovely but can't remember name :( I understand parents need to watch kids swimming but my husband pulled 3 different children from the pools and saved from drowning, lucky they didn't have a death.. Sofa bed was broken, main queen so uncomfortable, humidity set the smoke alarms off all night every night! (I understand you can't control that BUT could of suggested turning fan up to high to circulate the air better to prevent triggering) Laundry literally smelt of urine, people leaving dry washing in for ages so had to use the machine on other end of resort... Every single room should be supplied with a clothes airer!

    Great location for a family holiday with 3 pools and a good kids menu. Its a shame the staff were so rude.
    The property was perfect for a relaxing family getaway
    The staff all seemed absolutely miserable and like they hated their jobs. Especially the Flamingo Bar staff and front desk. Its the first time Ive checked out of a property where I havent even been asked if I enjoyed my stay. The staff could not care less. Our room had an ant problem also.
