    I was trying to take a nap. The cleaner knocked on my door for room service. I told her that I was taking a nap and asked if she could come back later. She said something like it was the last time of the day. I told her to skip today then. She kept coming back and knocking on my door.

    Great little hotel that helped make our stay in Cairns memorable
    Great position for the main tourist area but just outside the noisy part. The reception staff were all really helpful and helped make our stay very enjoyable
    Not much they could do about it as the air temp was very high, but the pool was like a hot bath. You couldnt cool down in it

    Comfortable, good scenery and friendly staff.
    The interior design of the hotel room is good and comfortable. The cleaning service is good with helpful staff.
    The location is a bit far away from the pier as it takes about 30 minutes walk there. Participants of diving cruise ships are usually required to report there early morning.

    Staff are super helpful and friendly - special mention to Adrian who goes above and beyond. We were exhausted travelling with a baby and he was amazing. The location is great, we have stayed here before a few years ago - it looks like some of the units have been renovated, the lifts and the pool area look renovated. It looks really great.
    Parking can be a bit challenging- but street parking is available

    Great location, overlooking the water & part of the town. Had a balcony on top level. Clean room.
