Great professional friendly staff great location. Would advise against an internal room
Great Staff including reception and staff servicing the rooms. loved the roof top bar. Great location.
Only 1 lift. You were better off using the stairs and I was on the 4th floor. I didn't realise when I booked but I had an internal room. Probably my fault, not taking enough notice when booking but I hated not knowing what the weather was like without going down onto the street.

The lift broke on New zUeRs Eve so it was a bit hot walking up and down the 3 flights of stairs! Not the hotels fault.

The warmest of welcomes
The excellent location. The lovely staff. The warm welcome from the receptionist on arrival. The great staff and great views at breakfast in the rooftop restaurant. The excellent NYE celebration and dinner in the Oak and Vine.

Rooms are small and have no balconies.
Only one lift which is also used by people accessing the rooftop bar so it can get busy.
