    excellent location, good cleaning, and good breakfast, very nice staff, did eveyrthing they could to make us confortable despite the post-cyclone Jasper floods. Very large and spacious double rooms, balcony view, all the necessary amenities provided.

    Amazing location with the Cairns Esplanade at your fingertips but also far enough away that it wasnt loud and uncomfort
    Very clean and cosy property. The restaurant attached to the hotel was very convenient.
    The room we stayed in advertised as sound proof, but it definitely wasnt. Parking price was steep and wasnt guaranteed.

    Typical "holiday inn" - nothing fancy. Unfortunately bathroom was dirty.
    Bathroom was dirty - both floor and shower had hairs in them. We were moved by even in the new room the bathroom vent was dusty... Not impressed
