Checking in very slow.Guestes are quieing to check in . The hotel needs renovation as the furniture are old.I didn't find any stationery and hotel information booklets inside my room.
Toilet amenities are very limited.The rate for staying very expensive.

Good location and friendly staff but could be improved upon
The Cairo Marriott is in a wonderful location overlooking the Nile. The rooms are quiet and clean. The gardens are beautiful and offer a bit of a rest away from the hectic Cairo.
While the hotel is non-smoking, the policy needs to be better enforced. Other guests smoke in the rooms. Our floor and room smelled of constant cigarette smoke.
The rooms in the towers are a bit dated.

Disappointing
I came with a postive energy as i stayed in this hotel in the 90s but i was disappointed about the level the hotel led
The building and the location
The level of quality of service is disappointing , the level of cleanliness is bad , some staff has an attitude and the reception plan is kinda a chaos
