Communication was a challenge since most of the staff don't understand or speak English despite most of the signage, menus, directories etc being in English

One of the best hotels in Cairo !!!
This is my third or fourth time staying in this hotel and would definitely stay again. The rooms are very clean and well decorated. The staff are helpful and very friendly. Amazing breakfast as they offer wide selection of local and international food. There's a small mall connected to the hotel where it has a supermarket, pharmacy, clothes shops and different restaurants. My room had a good view of the Nile.

The Best Hotel in Downtown
Hotel is amazing, staff are helpful, and the view of the room are exceptional.
The staff at the concierge desk are not helpful and some of them are not paying attention to me when I encountered them at different times to ask for a help.
Second, cars have to queue for long time to reach the lobby entrance after security pass as it seems there is a lack in handling this area.
Last, during my stay there was a fight between a staff member and 02 guests at the hotel entrance, I think the staff might!! decided to take his right against guest by himself due to the management are not supporting thier staff rights and being in guest side always.
